J.D. has been a licensed real estate broker in the State of Arizona since 1998, with experience in all facets of commercial property management, investment real estate & has been a Realtor since 2009, which he continues today.

J.D. & his family have lived in the Northwest Valley since 2010, His real estate business is focused on the communities of Sun City, Sun City West & The Grand, as well as Arrowhead Ranch & other parts of NW Phoenix. He operates a local media company which publishes EverythingArrowhead.com, the Sun City Scoop Newsletter & the HikePhoenix Newsletter.

Originally from Lincoln, Nebraska, he played on the golf team at Colorado State University. Upon graduation in 1998, he moved to Arizona to pursue a career in the golf business. His parents & extended family soon followed and made the move to Arizona in 1999.

J.D. & his son Tyler are avid hikers, and you can find them hiking somewhere in the Valley most weekends, when the weather is nice. He is also a founder of the Arrowhead Hiking Club. They love spending time in the White Tank Mountains Regional Park
